Main - Shepherds Pie

1 Diced Onion 
1 Package of lean Ground Beef and roast beef end cuts 
1 Cups of Frozen Carrots, Peas, Corn 
3 boiled potatoes 
flower 
cornstarch 
cold water  
salt 
Magi or worstishire Sauce 
1 Tsp. cornstarch 
Sour cream 
Butter
1 can of Libbys baked beans 

Saut� onion's until brown. Cook lean ground beef and
roast beef if available.  Drain drippings into a separate
bowl spoon out oil to reduce fat content. Butter a Pyrex
bowl and put in the bottom layer of meat.  Pour in the
beans and mix thoroughly.  Add flower and cornstarch
to pan and brown.  Remove from heat and slowly stir
in cold water and drippings.  Add sour cream, magi,
salt and butter to taste. Stir off heat until lumps are
gone (a little red wine too if you have some.)  Pour
over meat.  Boil Vegetables and add to top of meat
mixture (2nd Layer).  Peel and boil potatoes.  Mash 
and add sour cream butter and salt to taste.
Add the mashed potatoes as the 3rd  layer and 
brush with melted butter to brown.  Bake for 1 Hr at
350 deg f.
